Weatherization Assistance Program

This is a multi-year partnership with the State of Minnesota's Deptartment of Commerce and the Humphrey School's program in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy (STEP). We have developed a series of maps and dashboards highlighting home weathization efforts in Minnesota with a focus on equity. The map displays critical demographic and socioeconomic data from Service Providers to Census Tracts along with weatherization statistics on households served. An equity assessment report is included along with layers relating to housing cost burden, energy burden, climate vulnerability, and air quality, all designed to help focus resources where they are most needed.
