The Hennepin-University Partnership is a collaboration between Minnesota’s most populous county and its only land-grant university. The HUP Office catalyzes and supports partnerships that advance knowledge, inform policy, and spark change to enrich the lives of Hennepin County residents.

Resilient Communities Project

The Resilient Communities Project connects local government agencies in Minnesota with University of Minnesota faculty and students to advance community resilience and student learning through collaborative, course-based projects.
