CURA frequently partners with government entities on research and other one-time projects. Here are programs where that partnership is sustained and focused.
Hennepin-University Partnership
The Hennepin-University Partnership (HUP) is a strategic alignment between Minnesota’s largest primary research university and its largest county, with the goal of promoting more effective and efficient local government.
Communities across Minnesota are constantly evolving and adapting in response to their unique challenges and opportunities. The Resilient Communities Project (RCP) is a highly successful, cross-disciplinary program that builds local capacity around sustainability and resilience issues.
Amy Delahanty

Previously, Amy served as a public policy mediator for the National Policy Consensus Center, the State of Oregon’s center for Collaborative Governance and Public Policy Alternative Dispute Resolution. She spent much of her time devoted to supporting, managing, and facilitating cross-sector groups to collectively vision together and collaboratively work through conflict to address the most pressing issues in their communities. Amy has also served as an instructor in the Transiciones Program at Mt. Hood Community College. This program, deeply rooted in Popular Education and taught in Spanish, aims to support students pursuing their college education and career goals.
