Join us for a presentation of our latest report, “Survey of Tenants in Single-Family Rentals, Phase 2: Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Bloomington.” During this event we will explore findings from the report and hear from a panel of partners working to improve outcomes for residents of single-family rental homes.
Family Housing Fund and the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs’ (CURA) ongoing research includes a deep dive in the B3 portfolio as a case study in real-time of a single-family rental portfolio converting from private investor to non-profit ownership. The panel will discuss the current status of the 345-unit single-family portfolio, and highlight community partnerships, including the community preference policy for home sales and renter engagement initiative. It will also include a sneak peak at the research outcomes from Phase 3 of this multi-year research project.
A review of tenant survey findings will feature Tony Damiano a Research Associate at CURA and our Director Ed Goetz will be part of a panel discussion.
