On August 21, unlock the power of location-based data and access affordable geospatial tools at the Community Mapping Expo for Minnesota Nonprofits.

Attendees will explore a range of mapping resources, including the Minnesota Geospatial Commons. This event is designed to help attendees and their community undertake grassroots change, visualize impact, optimize resources, and make data-driven decisions. Event sessions offer invaluable insights to advance nonprofit work – Esri will review their Nonprofit Program, and organizations that employ GIS tools and technology will share their real-world applications of these solutions.

The Community Mapping Expo for Minnesota Non-Profits is hosted by Geospatial Advisory Council nonprofit member Jessica Fendos, and Local Government Information Systems (LOGIS). Featured speakers will include Minnesota Chief Geospatial Information Officer, Alison Slaats, as well as partners from the University of Minnesota, West Central Initiative, and Esri.

For more information, see the event invitation and RSVP. Attendees should register by August 9.

This event is co-sponsored by CURA's Community GIS program.
