The CURA publications library is currently being digitized by the University of Minnesota Digital Conservancy. When the project is complete, the entire CURA publications library will be online and fully searchable. Unfortunately, during this process we are not able to honor individual requests for publications . Additionally, we no longer have physical copies of publications to send out.

New publications are digitized daily and the publications catalog on the CURA website is not automatically updated with links to scanned copies, so please search the CURA collection at the Digital Conservancy for the publications you are looking for:

Bridging Two Worlds: Neighborhood Planning for Community Revitalization.

Nelson, Kris S.

One of CURA's newer programs, Neighborhood Planning for Community Revitalization, has been offering research assistance to neighborhood and community organizations since 1994 through a consortium of nine colleges and universities. By the end of 1997, 165 research projects had been completed involving 63 organizations and 120 student research assistants. These included eight faculty projects. The history of NPCR and a number of its projects are described. The article includes a map of the neighborhoods NPCR has worked with and a chart of the issues their projects have addressed.
