Selling the Land: Rural Land for Urban Use?
The second in a series of papers reporting on the urbanization process in rural areas, this 1981 article reports on a study of rural landowners in Olmsted County and analyzes the characteristics of those who sell their property for conversion, why they sell, and how they differ from those who don't sell.
