The CURA publications library is currently being digitized by the University of Minnesota Digital Conservancy. When the project is complete, the entire CURA publications library will be online and fully searchable. Unfortunately, during this process we are not able to honor individual requests for publications . Additionally, we no longer have physical copies of publications to send out.

New publications are digitized daily and the publications catalog on the CURA website is not automatically updated with links to scanned copies, so please search the CURA collection at the Digital Conservancy for the publications you are looking for:

Seward NRP Phase 1 Review Project.

Author:
Minneapolis Neighborhood Information System.

In preparation for its Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) Phase I review, Seward Neighborhood Group (SNG) wanted to create a number of maps to convey aspects of the neighborhood's demographic makeup and property values as well as SNG's housing program activity. Five maps were created: base map of Seward showing neighborhood context and current land uses; race distribution (by concentration of white population); current estimated market value of all land parcels; SNG's housing programs by type; and SNG's Deferred Loan Program.
