The CURA publications library is currently being digitized by the University of Minnesota Digital Conservancy. When the project is complete, the entire CURA publications library will be online and fully searchable. Unfortunately, during this process we are not able to honor individual requests for publications . Additionally, we no longer have physical copies of publications to send out.

New publications are digitized daily and the publications catalog on the CURA website is not automatically updated with links to scanned copies, so please search the CURA collection at the Digital Conservancy for the publications you are looking for:

St. Anthony West Senior Housing Resource Study Project.

Minneapolis Neighborhood Information System.

Like many older neighborhoods in Minneapolis, St. Anthony West is faced with a growing number of senior householders who have homes in need of rehabilitation or that may soon be turning over. The neighborhood wanted to identify areas of the neighborhood where senior homeowners are concentrated so they could better target resources and provide outreach to areas in need. Housing data from the 2000 U.S. Census on senior heads of household were mapped at the block-level for the St. Anthony West neighborhood. A parcel overlay was completed and parcels that were within highly concentrated senior homeowner blocks were selected. Address lists generated from these maps will be used for targeted mailings to senior homeowners.
