The 2000 Community Affairs Department Surveys: Results and Technical Report.

The purpose of this survey project was to obtain an objective evaluation of the Community Affairs Department. Respondents answered questions about the overall administration of the grant application process, their assessment of the Community Affairs Department on hour attributes that had been identified as indicators of high quality performance, their opinions about future directions for grant makers to make the most positive difference in the nonprofit community, and the effectiveness of their contact person on eight specified characteristics.
