The purpose of this survey project was to gather information from Minnesota law firms about the status of women in the legal profession to build a database for comparison over time. Law firms responded to questions about hiring practices, retention and promotion, involvement in governance, compensation, work life and fir culture, anti-discrimination and sexual harassment, and professional growth.
