The CURA publications library is currently being digitized by the University of Minnesota Digital Conservancy. When the project is complete, the entire CURA publications library will be online and fully searchable. Unfortunately, during this process we are not able to honor individual requests for publications . Additionally, we no longer have physical copies of publications to send out.

A guidance document developed by the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board to help local governments better understand their role in the environmental review process in Minnesota. The document discusses various issues local governments should consider when implementing environmental review ordinances and policies, including hiring consultants, handling fees, dividing responsibilities among staff, creating application procedures, handling incomplete submissions, and handling neighbor notification.
