The CURA publications library is currently being digitized by the University of Minnesota Digital Conservancy. When the project is complete, the entire CURA publications library will be online and fully searchable. Unfortunately, during this process we are not able to honor individual requests for publications . Additionally, we no longer have physical copies of publications to send out.

New publications are digitized daily and the publications catalog on the CURA website is not automatically updated with links to scanned copies, so please search the CURA collection at the Digital Conservancy for the publications you are looking for:

Moving Forward Together: U of M Minneapolis Area Neighborhood Impact Report.

Author:
Cornejo, Dan.

This report, commissioned by the Minnesota State Legislature, describes and analyzes some of the impacts of the University of Minnesota on its adjacent neighborhoods and makes recommendations for the legislature to assist the stakeholders in the process - the University, the City of Minneapolis, and the neighborhoods surrounding the University - in charting a new course. CURA staff were commissioned to provide research assistance to the task force preparing the report, including statistical profiles of the neighborhoods and a series of maps showing land use, housing market trends and university employees living in the neighborhoods. Appendices are available as a separate publication under the same title.
