Estimated Market Values in St. Paul, MN

These interactive maps on Estimated Market Values in the Twin Cities represent the first in a series of neighborhood maps for our two central cities. Both cities have officially designated neighborhoods, but they are quite different from each other. Minneapolis has 83 residential neighborhoods, with an average population of 4,600. St. Paul has 17 District Councils, with an average population of 16,800. Because the larger St. Paul Districts smooth out areal variations, we have mapped the two cities separately.
