CURA Dissertation Research Grant Competition

CURA is pleased to invite applications for the 2013–2014 CURA Dissertation Research Grant Competition, which provides support to doctoral students engaged in dissertation research on urban issues.
Purpose: Support research on significant issues or topics related to urban areas.
Summary of Assistance: One-time unrestricted grant of $20,000.
Eligible Recipients: Recipients must be registered doctoral students at the University of Minnesota. Recipients must have passed the preliminary exam stage and have approved dissertation proposals by March 1, 2013.
Deadline for applications: February 11, 2013
Notification of funding: March 2013
