Join the Executive Directors of PPL and Urban Homeworks as they describe their new joint venture, Northside Home, an innovative initiative working to address the vacant single-family housing stock in North Minneapolis.  Together, Steve and Chad will share about how Northside Home will strengthen the housing market recovery on the Northside while creating greater housing stability for community residents in an environment with a less than two percent vacancy rate.

Through Northside Home the community competencies of PPL and Urban Homeworks, mixed with private investment will work to strengthen the housing market in North Minneapolis while giving residents access to a new tool towards homeownership.
