Minneapolis' Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Program provides gap financing for affordable and mixed-income rental housing, housing production and preservation projects. The City recently produced a ten year update on the program. According to the update, the Trust Fund has helped to increase the City's tax base by over $600 million and has leveraged over $750 million dollars in investment. Tom Streitz, director of Housing Development and Policy for the City of Minneapolis will talk about the record and impact of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
