Barbara Lukermann’s applied research through CURA focuses on local and regional land use and housing issues. She is also senior fellow at the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, where she teaches urban land use and planning, and has been named a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners (FAICP), one of the highest honors bestowed on AICP members. Barbara currently directs the CURA Housing Forum.
