Must be a recognized citizen participation neighborhood organization, or geographically focused nonprofit community development corporation located in Minneapolis.
Must have at least one GIS/database capable computer system and high speed network access (DSL, cable modem) or be willing to authorize funds to purchase needed hardware and/or software.
Other non-profit organizations may work though partner community organizations or CDCs on MNIS projects.
