If you've got computer trouble, consult the following list. Start at the top for ease of access and quickness of response.
1. Peers. Maybe your neighbor knows the answer to your problem.
2. University of Minnesota Technology Help Line. Computer assistance by phone. Call 612-301-4357 (1-HELP or i button on most office phones). The Help Line is available at the following times:
Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 11 pm
Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday, 12 noon to 5 pm
Sunday 5 pm to 11 pm
3. Help Desk. In person assistance in room 93 Blegen Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
4. Doug Gogerty. ADCS Technical Support for CURA. Office Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am to 12 noon.

If your problem can wait for Doug’s regular hours, tell front desk staff about your issue and they will coordinate his work here. If Doug is not going to be available (e.g. vacation or teaching), the front desk will know (or a message on his voice mail will provide) contact information for his backup.
