Follow the steps below to access account management information for your University e-mail account.
1. Go to http://onestop.umn.edu/onestop/Services/Computer.html
2. Choose “Internet Account Management” from the list of options (about 1/2 down the page). A new window will pop up.
3. Sign In. Enter ID and Password, then press “Login” button (NOTE: Your ID and password are tied to your email account—e.g., scott001 is Tom Scott’s ID.
4. Pick the item that suits your purpose: vacation message, change password, review blocked messages, control incoming e-mail, etc. For vacation autoreply, choose “Set E-mail Forwarding and Autoreply,” then set e-mail autoreply options as follows:
a. Choose “Activate Autoreply.”
b. Set other options as desired (e.g., notify correspondents weekly, deactivate autoreply when you start reading messages again, etc.)
c. Compose a message (this is what people who e-mail you will receive in reply to their message)
d. Choose “Submit” button at bottom of page.
